Hi, I'm Angelina, and I am very passionate about using natural ways to recover from pain, problems, and an unhappy life. By healing through healthy practices and lifestyle changes, I have overcome chronic pain, constant sickness, infection, and learned to manage many responses to trauma including C-PTSD, OCD, depression, suicidal tendency, and poor self-care. I am so thankful for my journey to wellness, and for the opportunity to help others learn to heal themselves.
