There are so many amazing techniques out there, and I believe in everything I teach to give real-time lasting results. However, without addressing one's lifestyle it would be missing the point completely. I have discovered these six aspects of lifestyle that no doubt contribute hugely to one's level of health. When parts of these are out of balance, the whole being will not be at it's full potential and health issues and problems are more likely to arrise. By addressing these areas of life, we can create a healthier self and earth.
